Kiwifarms.net, is infringing on copyrighted work created and owned by myself. Multiple art and written pieces were copied onto their servers without permission. Please see the attached signed letter and files to verify my ownership of these works. This letter is an official notification under Section 512(c) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (”DMCA”), and I seek the removal of the infringing material, as outlined in the attached letter, from your servers. I request that you immediately notify the infringer of this notice and inform them of their duty to remove the infringing material immediately, and notify them to cease any further posting of infringing material to your server in the future. Please provide me with confirmation when this has been accomplished.

While the laws protecting bald eagles don't mention sex explicitly, one of the criteria for unlawfully disturbing a Bald or Golden eagle feloniously is that you hurt it in a way which would disrupt its natural behavior. I think almost any judge would be able to get him under 16 U.S. Code § 1538, with the federally defined term "take" including the disturbance or harassment of a protected species.

I honestly doubt he could even get this to court. Tort law in general requires the plaintiff to prove damages, and since his content was not monetized, nor was the person whom posted it attempting to monetize it, the complaint pretty much falls flat on those grounds alone.

Beyond that, you do not have an expectation of privacy for content you publicly post online so that part of his argument is meme-worthy.

This part is honestly a bit funny. Once again, he'd have to prove damages of some kind, but how does one even say someone "slandered your reputation" when you're bragging about your bird porn to the public? It would be like Johnny Knoxville suing me for calling him a "jackass."
