Gold-medal in procrastination
The other day I was telling some people I knew that I thought Pimozide, had it been further explored (there's a paper from 1996 but that's about it IIRC) would be a much more preferable treatment for gender dysphorica than these ridiculous surgeries and hormone meds. They said that trannies were actually *more* happy after surgeries. I felt like it was bullshit at the time, but didn't bother to look it up. It still blows my mind that these experimental surgeries are being pushed as totally normal, especially towards kids.I don't know for certain, but I'd bet money that photo was the one he alluded to in his 'missing clitoris' voice message.
That is, someone (a medical professional) took a photo to show him. I guess this is because the person was wearing gloves and there is nothing that resembles a clitoris in that photo.
I was reading a paper someone posted on Twitter a few days ago which showed that transgender people are at a much higher risk of suicide after having had gender reassignment surgery. Which, seeing photos not only from Yaniv but others makes sense.
We've discussed it ad nauseam across several threads here. Gender reassignment surgery, gender recognition surgery, penile inversion surgery, or whatever you want to call it is not the panacea people with dysphoria think it is. It's barbaric mutilation. It's easy to go "HAHA that's what you get" but really, these people are sold lies. I'm not totally cold and heartless and I feel sorry for them. Maybe just not Yaniv or a few others here, because they're creeps.
