So many great tunes. A bluegrass group called The Hillbenders covered Tommy by The Who in its entirety as a bluegrass opera. It's pretty great.

Strange covers and no one brings up Frank Zappa covering Stairway to Heaven? Shame.
His version of I am the Walrus is great, too. I'm very happy he recorded most every concert he played.
